THE OLD CHAMBER RESTAURANT

We invite you to the Old Chamber Restaurant which is open every weekend between 12:00 - 20:00
During the season, you are welcome to enjoy the summer garden (the outdoor restaurant), where you can have a feast while admiring the idyllic landscape of the Polish countryside.

The Old Chamber is located in the left wing of the Main Court. Wooden elements of the original old architecture give the place a sense of a room in an old Polish tavern - and this is where the restaurant takes its name from. The restaurant room is cosy and warm. In winter, the fire burns in the fireplace, and in spring, vases with beautiful flowers are placed on the tables. This place has an unusual atmosphere.

CUISINE

The cuisine specializes in delicious, original dishes based on meat, fish and grilled vegetables. The menu consists largely of Polish delicacies. Some meat products come directly from our smokehouse. Our chefs are also inspired by the European cuisine and create their own unique dishes, using the richness of natural seasonal products.

THE CHEF

Lech Bodzon became the Chef as one of the youngest cooks in the history of Polish cooking, managing the kitchen of one of the largest hotel chains in our country. Cooking is his great passion. He is fascinated by the Polish cuisine. He masterfully combines tradition with modernity. He uses old Polish flavours and recipes with passion and lightness to create new, innovative dishes. At Rancho Pod Bocianem, he manages a team of several cooks and is the head of the Old Chamber Restaurant.
